Hugli Group’s Devotional Journey Keeps Chotu’s Memory Alive

The faithful travelers from Hugli, West Bengal, gathered in large numbers at Ajgaibinath Dham, Bhagalpur, to begin their annual Kanwar pilgrimage. Despite Chotu’s absence, his presence was felt through a framed photograph that the group treated as a living participant. The photo was bathed in the Ganga, prayers were recited, and a kanwar was filled with holy water bearing his name. The procession then moved to Deoghar, where the devotees performed a water abhishek for Lord Baidyanath, expressing that Chotu’s spirit traveled with them.
