Greenfield Satellite Townships: Sale Restrictions Removed Across Core Zones

Following the imminent release of the final development blueprint, the Bihar cabinet announced the cancellation of the land‑sale embargo that covered both core and peripheral sections of the Greenfield Satellite Townships. The restriction, initially imposed to curb unplanned construction and price spikes, will be lifted once the plan is officially published. While the sale ban is ending, any new construction will still have to comply with the Bihar Urban Development Authority's Development Control Regulations (DCR).
