Government Pays Influencers for Highlighting State Schemes, Up to ₹100,000
Bihar’s latest digital outreach programme promises monetary rewards to creators who make authentic, view‑rich videos about the state’s development work. Approved by Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary’s cabinet, the plan sets a payment structure of ₹10,000 for each 100,000 genuine views recorded in the first thirty days. Creators can earn a maximum of ₹1 lakh per video once the view count reaches one million. To qualify, creators must be listed on an official empanelment register and their content must focus on government schemes, achievements or public‑welfare activities. The government will periodically review the listed Facebook pages, YouTube channels and other social accounts to confirm compliance and to guard against fake view manipulation.
