Fast-Track Justice Aims to Crush Organized Exam Fraud Networks

Bihar's new judicial strategy focuses on dismantling organized rings behind paper leaks in major competitive exams such as BPSC and NEET. By instituting daily hearings in three special courts located in Patna, Lakhisarai and Purnia, the state intends to bring swift closure to cases that have lingered for years.

The approach promises expedited investigations, rapid trials, and severe penalties, including up to ten years imprisonment and fines of up to ₹10 crore as proposed by the central government's amendment bill.
