Neha's father, Sanjay Jha, had previously been arrested and jailed for liquor trafficking, and a second sister, Nishu Jha, was detained in November 2025 with 21 litres of foreign alcohol. The pattern suggests a recurring family link to illegal liquor trade, prompting police to examine older cases for possible connections.
