Satysh Kumar Singh, the brother of the deceased, alleged that the GRP personnel present at the scene neither provided a stretcher nor arranged an ambulance. He said that while railway officials were on site, they stayed at a distance while the body remained unattended on the tracks. During this period, crows repeatedly pecked at the corpse, forcing the family to keep watch for several hours. The relatives claim that the police and railway staff delayed the removal process despite being informed as soon as the accident occurred around 5:35 a.m.
