A video from the Jaynagar area of Madhubani district in Bihar has gone viral on social media. The video allegedly shows a coaching instructor making obscene gestures towards a student. This has led to a shocking series of events. A complaint has been filed by the victim, and the police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) based on her statement.
The instructor, identified as Rakesh Yadav, is accused of harassing the student. The victim stated that Yadav frequently stared at her and made inappropriate advances. She also alleged that the coaching center’s landlord, Kuldeep Singh, and his friend, Sonu Chodhary, also harassed her. The victim reported that Singh and Chodhary instructed her to create a video of the instructor to extort 20 lakh rupees from him. They threatened to kill her if she didn’t comply. Consequently, she recorded the obscene video of the instructor.
Kuldeep Singh is accused of circulating the video, which caused the victim immense emotional distress. In addition to the charges against the accused, an FIR has been filed against social media and YouTube channels that spread the video. Police are actively searching for the accused and identifying the social media channels responsible for disseminating the content. The accused include the coaching instructor, the landlord, and his associate.
