Chief Minister Meets Tiwari Family, Announces Police Transfers

In a high-profile meeting held in Patna, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary convened with the relatives of the late Bharat Tiwari. The family used the platform to press for a full investigation and to hold accountable those they believed were responsible for the alleged extrajudicial killing. Soon after the discussion, the state government ordered the removal of SDPO Rajesh Kumar Sharma from his position in Jagdishpur. Sharma was shifted to the police headquarters, and SDO Sanjit Kumar was reassigned to the General Administration Department.
