Earlier studies have highlighted several districts with promising indications. In Rohtas, blocks such as Chutiya‑Nauhatta and Shahpur are suspected to contain glukonite, a mineral that can be refined into phosphate fertilizers. Gaya's Genjna and Banke Bazaar zones show signs of vanadium‑bearing ores. Jamui is noted for iron ore deposits, while Nawada reports lithium potential. Buxar, Muzaffarpur and other districts have been linked to feldspar and silica sand deposits. All these locations will undergo soil and rock sampling, followed by targeted drilling and 3D geological modelling to assess quantity and quality.
