Bharat Pensioners Samaj Proposes Quarterly DA Revisions

The pensioners' group has urged that both dearness allowance for employees and dearness relief for retirees be revised every three months instead of the existing bi‑annual schedule. They contend that quarterly adjustments would better align allowances with the rapid rise in consumer prices, protecting pensioners' household budgets from inflationary shocks.
