Bhopal police file FIR under multiple IPC sections against IPL player Shashank Singh and retired DG

The complaint lodged by the cook led the Ratibad police to register an FIR that cites Sections 296(B) for voluntarily causing grievous hurt, 115(2) for criminal conspiracy, and 3(5) for establishing a false case. All three accused – Shashank Singh, his father Shailesh Singh, and driver Mishra – have been formally named in the register. The police have commenced a detailed inquiry, collecting statements from the victim, neighbours, and other household staff, while also attempting to secure a response from the retired IPS officer Shailesh Singh, who has not yet commented.
