Eligibility and Selection Process for Bank of Baroda LBO Posts

Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university and possess at least one year of experience as an officer in any scheduled commercial bank under the RBI’s second schedule. Age criteria are 21 to 30 years as of August 1, with age relaxations for reserved categories as per government norms. The selection will involve an online test, psychometric assessment, group discussion and/or personal interview, document verification and a local language proficiency test. Successful candidates can expect a salary ranging from ₹48,480 to ₹85,920 per month, along with additional allowances.
