The banking sector’s biggest recruitment drive this season is being led by Bank of Baroda, which has opened 1,100 human‑resource positions across its network. The breakdown includes 1,000 Wealth Executive roles in the Wealth Management Services division (JMG/S‑I) and 100 Credit Analyst slots for Corporate and Institutional Credit (MMG/S‑II).
The application window opened on 4 September and will close on 24 September. Credit Analyst candidates must be qualified chartered accountants. Both categories require 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
Age criteria are set between 21‑22 years (minimum) and 32‑33 years (maximum), calculated as on 1 September 2026. Reserved‑category candidates are eligible for the standard age relaxations.
The recruitment process consists of document verification, an online test, psychometric assessment, group discussion and/or interview. Successful Wealth Executives will draw a monthly remuneration of INR 48,480 to INR 85,920, while Credit Analysts will receive INR 64,820 to INR 93,960, with additional benefits as per bank policy.
Prospective applicants are advised to submit their applications well before the deadline to ensure their file is processed without delay.
