Ayodhya Deepotsav: CM Yogi to Inspect Ram Path, Saket College Sites
Ahead of the grand Deepotsav festival on November 7, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will visit Ayodhya on Monday to review the state of preparations across the city.
The visit comes at a crucial time as the administration works to complete arrangements for what is expected to be a major celebration in the temple town.
As per the planned schedule, the Chief Minister will inspect three significant locations linked to the Deepotsav: Ram Katha Park, Saket Mahavidyalaya and Ram Path. During these inspections, he will assess the arrangements made at each site.
Adityanath will also chair a meeting with senior administrative and police officials. The purpose is to review the progress of work and confirm that every arrangement will be completed within the given time frame.
Security, crowd management and VIP movement will receive special focus during the festival. The Chief Minister may also visit the Ram Janmabhoomi temple to take the blessings of Ram Lalla.
Preparations are continuing across Ayodhya even though light rain has fallen in the area. The rain has slowed some activities slightly, yet officials say the work is on schedule.
District Magistrate Shashank Tripathi has assured that all preparations will be finished on time. He said the administration is watching weather-related challenges closely to ensure there is no hindrance to the arrangements.
The administration and police in Ayodhya have been placed on high alert before the Deepotsav. The entire event zone will be split into various zones and sectors to strengthen security.
Comprehensive CCTV coverage is planned to track activities in the Deepotsav area. Security officials will also monitor developments through the yellow zone control room and the integrated command and control centre.
Given the expected turnout of thousands of devotees and visitors, the administration is focusing on security, traffic regulation and the smooth flow of crowds.
The Chief Minister's review is likely to give fresh impetus to the final preparations for the grand Deepotsav in Ayodhya.
