Pannu, who posted an admission on a platform identified as "X," is known for steering Khalistan‑related agitation across India and abroad. Investigators say one of the three arrested had direct communication with Pannu, reinforcing the suspicion of an organized effort. The FIR lodged on September 12 outlines charges of vandalism, promoting secessionist sentiment, and violating the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
