Attack on Shiv Sena MLA Amol Khathal in Maharashtra

Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) MLA Amol Khathal was attacked in Sangamner, Ahmednagar district, Maharashtra. The incident occurred during the inauguration of a festival in Sangamner. A young man approached the MLA under the guise of shaking hands and attempted to attack him. Security personnel immediately apprehended the attacker and handed him over to the police. Following the event, a large crowd of MLA Amol Khathal's supporters gathered outside the lawns. The police have increased security measures in the city as a precaution.
