Chief Minister Sarma Outlines Blueprint for Strengthening Assam’s Universities

Guwahati, August 14 – Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma outlined a detailed blueprint aimed at strengthening higher education institutions in Assam. The plan centers on establishing the Assam Higher Education Council, which will oversee the systematic development of universities and colleges.

The council is set to act as the driving force behind institutional reforms, ensuring that academic entities operate with robustness and strategic planning.
