Arvind Kejriwal Announces Registration for Expanded Pilgrimage Program

During a bhajan event in Talwara, Hoshiarpur district, national convenor Arvind Kejriwal revealed that pilgrim registration for the extended free‑travel scheme will open this August. Alongside the new routes, the government will continue to fund all travel‑related expenses, including AC bus fares, accommodation, and food. Kejriwal also highlighted a pending financial assistance program for women who have already enrolled but have not yet received funds; the outstanding amounts will be disbursed on August 1. The plan gives extra monetary support to women from Scheduled Castes.
