Eligibility and Salary Details for APSDCL ASE Recruitment 2024

The Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (APSPDCL) has outlined clear eligibility and compensation structures for its 2024 Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) recruitment.

For the Electrical stream, candidates need a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. The Telecom stream accepts degrees in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. Civil stream aspirants must possess a Civil Engineering degree. All applicants should be between 18 and 42 years of age as of July 1, with age relaxations applicable to reserved categories.

Compensation begins with a probationary salary of ₹75,000 per month for the first two years. After successful completion of probation, the monthly remuneration will be set between ₹86,245 and ₹2,08,915, accompanied by standard allowances and benefits as per government norms.
