Oil Green Energy Limited (OGEL) has opened a recruitment drive for several contract‑based posts, inviting qualified professionals to apply online. The vacancies comprise Finance Officer, Legal Officer, Executive Officer to the CEO, Civil Engineer, Company Secretary, and two Contract & Procurement Officer positions.

Required qualifications are as follows: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) for Finance Officer; a full‑time LLB (minimum 60 % marks) or LLM for Legal Officer; an engineering degree or MBA (commerce stream) for Contract & Procurement Officers; a master’s degree of at least two years for the Executive Officer to CEO role; BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering for the Civil Engineer vacancy; and a cleared CS final examination together with ICSP associate membership for the Company Secretary post. A work history of two to three years in the relevant domain is mandatory for all positions.

Candidates must be between 18 and 45 years old as of the closing date, with age relaxations applicable to reserved categories. Shortlisted individuals will undergo a document screening followed by a personal interview. The remuneration package is set between ₹60,000 and ₹80,000 per month, plus standard allowances and benefits.
