Apply Now: ONGC Announces Medical Officer Jobs Across Multiple Locations

Job seekers in the healthcare sector have a new opportunity as ONGC Limited releases a call for applications for 24 Medical Officer roles on a contractual basis. The openings span Occupational Health, Homoeopathy and specialist positions.

The distribution of the 24 vacancies is as follows: one Occupational Health officer each at Dehradun, Ahmedabad, Ankleshwar, Baroda, C2‑C3 (Dahij), Khambhat, Mehsana, Uran, Kakinada, Rajmundri, Karikal, Agartala, Jorhat and Shiv Sagar. Dehradun Hospital requires three specialist officers – a Physician, a Pediatrician and a Surgeon. Shiv Sagar Hospital lists five specialist posts – an Anesthesiologist, an Obstetrics‑Gynecology doctor, two Physicians and a Surgeon. Additionally, two Homoeopathy officer slots are open, one at Shiv Sagar and one at Dehradun.

The online application process started on 5 August and will remain open until 18 August. Candidates should visit the official ONGC website to complete the registration and submit their details.

Eligibility includes a recognized MBBS degree, an MD/MS in the relevant stream, a PG diploma in the same field, or a BHMS qualification. Shortlisting will be performed on the basis of academic credentials, followed by interviews and document verification.

Selected candidates will receive a first‑year CTC between ₹7.8 lakh and ₹15.6 lakh. In the second year, the annual CTC will range from ₹7.896 lakh to ₹15.852 lakh, along with additional allowances and perks.
