Govt Job Alert: APEDA Invites Applications for Senior Posts
Government job aspirants have a new opportunity to explore. APEDA has released a recruitment notice for 7 senior posts, including Director, to be filled on deputation basis. Qualified and interested candidates are invited to apply through the prescribed offline process.
According to the notice, the vacancies comprise one Director, one Secretary, two General Managers and three Deputy General Managers.
Applications for these posts have been open since October 3. The deadline for each post is 30 days from the date of the respective notification. Candidates planning to apply should ensure that their registration is completed within this period.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a post-graduate degree from a recognised institution or university, in the discipline relevant to the post, or other eligibility and skills as required. The upper age limit is 56 years, reckoned from the last date for receipt of applications.
Selection and Pay Scale
The selection will be based on the scrutiny of applications and verification of documents. Selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary between Rs 67,700 and Rs 2,15,900, depending on the post. Other perks and allowances will also be extended.

Download the application form, take a printout and fill in all the required details. Attach all relevant documents and place them in an envelope. Send the envelope by post or other means to the Deputy General Manager (Personnel), APEDA, 3rd Floor, NCUI Building, 3 Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi-110016, within the stipulated time frame.
Deputation Period
The initial deputation period is two years and can be extended every year. The maximum continuous deputation period is five years.
