Apache Helicopters and Pinaka Rockets Feature in India-US Joint Drills

A highlight of the current drills is the deployment of AH‑64E Apache attack helicopters alongside Indian and American ground troops. The aircraft conducted coordinated air‑strike simulations while soldiers practiced joint maneuvers on the ground. In addition, the exercise incorporated howitzer fire and the Pinaka multi‑barrel rocket launcher, allowing both forces to evaluate rapid, accurate fire support and integrated battlefield response.
