At the inauguration of Million Minds Tech City in Ahmedabad's Tragad area, Amit Shah described Gujarat as a beacon of industrial excellence. He traced the state's journey from independence-era contributions to its current leadership in tech infrastructure. Shah explained that the project, spanning seven phases, will generate 63,000 jobs and draw Rs 15,000 crore in investments over five years. The first phase alone offers 13.5 lakh square feet of space for 9,000 professionals at a cost of Rs 1,100 crore. He pointed out that Gujarat's success stems from its deep-rooted culture of entrepreneurship, which has enabled systematic industrial growth unmatched elsewhere. With India advancing in AI, robotics, quantum computing, semiconductors, and space technology, Shah said the new park will foster an ecosystem for young talent. He urged the need for skilled leadership in urban development to match global shifts. Under Modi's vision, India has moved from being a follower to a founder in critical technologies that will shape the next 25 years of the world economy.
