Amin Patel condemns Kangana Ranawat’s comments on J&K and demands stricter action on paper leaks
Patel sharply criticized the remarks made by BJP MP Kangana Ranawat regarding the J&K General Secretary’s tenure, calling for a mental health assessment of the speaker and urging the party to reflect on the seriousness of the statement.
He highlighted that the nation’s youth are already disillusioned by repeated examination paper leak incidents. Any disparaging comment towards students, especially at a time when they feel insecure about their future, is deemed “deeply unfortunate.”
Patel also noted that despite multiple high‑profile paper leaks, the Central Bureau of Investigation’s chargesheets have not resulted in swift or decisive punishments. Arrests have been delayed and several accused have secured bail, undermining confidence in the legal process.
