New Delhi, July 9 – On the anniversary of the All India Student Union’s (ABVP) inception, chief ministers from five key states, all belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party, issued statements praising the organization’s influence on Indian youth. The messages, posted on various digital platforms, underlined ABVP’s role in fostering national integration, safeguarding student rights and promoting ethical conduct.

Uttar Pradesh’s Yogi Adityanath congratulated the “energetic” cadre, citing the “knowledge, virtue and unity” mantra as a catalyst for steering youth worldwide toward positive action. He expressed hope that the council would keep reaching “new heights.”

Delhi’s leader Rekha Gupta highlighted the council’s contribution to instilling nationalism, discipline and a service‑oriented mindset in academic life. She affirmed that ABVP’s continuous work under the same motto is vital for motivating young Indians to partake in nation‑building.

Rajasthan’s Bhanwar Lal Sharma praised the organization’s role in molding a culturally grounded and responsible youth force, and urged ABVP to maintain its advocacy for student welfare and educational reforms.

Madhya Pradesh’s Dr. Mohan Yadav sent heartfelt congratulations, emphasizing that the “knowledge‑virtue‑unity” slogan equips students with a strong sense of public duty, essential for the country’s reconstruction.

Haryana’s Nand Kishore Saini described ABVP as a “robust campaign for nation‑building,” adding that it cultivates leadership, social awareness and Indian traditions among the nation’s future.

Finally, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya lauded the organization’s dedication to youth empowerment, personality development and the promotion of Swami Vivekananda’s ideals, wishing the council continued strength.
