12 Stolen Motorcycles Recovered After Raid on Bike Thieves in Greater Noida

The Greater Noida police announced that a coordinated operation on 16 October led to the seizure of twelve stolen motorcycles and the arrest of two members of a bike‑theft syndicate. The suspects, Prabal Yadav (alias Pradeep) and Sohil, were found hiding near the green belt of Sector Gamma‑1.

Along with the bikes, law enforcement officials secured four fake number plates, a screwdriver repurposed as a master key, and an illegal knife. The duo reportedly robbed two‑wheelers across Delhi‑NCR, including Ghaziabad, Noida, and parts of Haryana, then altered chassis numbers and fitted bogus plates to mask the theft.

Three of the recovered motorcycles already have separate theft filings, while the rest are being cross‑checked with owners in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi. The investigation remains open as police continue to piece together the full scope of the gang's activities.
