Inauguration of 19th free regular yoga practice center in the capital by Yoga Commission

Free yoga practice centers are being opened by Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission to motivate people for healthy lifestyle. In this series, the 19th free regular yoga center was inaugurated at ward number 58 of Tikrapara, Gondwana Bhawan, Shaheed Pankaj Vikram ward, under the Raipur Municipal Corporation’s regular yoga practice program in the chief hospitality of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission Chairman Shri Gyanesh Sharma today. Here yoga will be practiced by the yoga instructor Mrs. Vidya Devi Sahu from 5 am to 06.30 am every day. Chairman Shri Gyanesh Sharma said in his speech that Yoga is an important and simple means for all age groups to stay healthy. Including yoga in the daily routine of children especially from an early age develops intellectual power and memory power. This behavior strengthens the behavior, so that children can build their own bright future in a better way. On this occasion, the special guest, Secretary, Yoga Commission, Shri M.L. Pandey gave brief information about the activities conducted by the commission.
