According to a release issued by the Office of Chief Medical and Health Officer, the patients of Kovid-19 who have been admitted to Kovid-19 hospitals under the district, those patients were given Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and Dr. Khubchand Baghel Health Assistance. Under the scheme, mapping work is being done by making Ayushman card. For this, ration card and Aadhaar card are required as necessary documents for the creation of Ayushman card. For which land line number 9131477614 and mobile number 9131520609, 8839265222 have been identified in the district. CMHO Dr. TR Kunwar has appealed to the concerned to provide information on contacting the said number through call or WhatsApp.
