Medical Bulletin Shows Dehydration and Low Potassium in Sonam Wangchuk

A bulletin issued by VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital recorded that the 59‑year‑old activist presented with dehydration, compensated acidosis and a serum potassium of 2.9 mmol/L. Blood sugar was 78 mg/dL and urinary ketones rose to 3+. Intravenous fluids and oral rehydration were prescribed, but the patient declined the treatment.
