‘Jaanch Evam Upchar’ campaign targets adults over 30

The initiative focuses on residents aged 30 years and above. Trained health workers will visit households to conduct primary examinations and provide counselling. Based on the findings, patients can be referred to Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, district hospitals, or specialised centres for further care. The screening covers diabetes, hypertension, cancer, heart disease, respiratory ailments, fatty liver and other chronic conditions, ensuring a comprehensive health check for the adult population.
