The system links hospitals, primary health centres and diagnostic labs through a cloud‑based electronic health record (EHR) network, enabling seamless sharing of patient data, referrals, and follow‑up schedules. Officials noted the platform’s capability to improve treatment continuity, reduce duplicate testing, and generate real‑time analytics for public‑health decision‑making.
