On September 23, the government will host a flagship Ayurveda Day celebration in Nagpur. The program will feature Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Sunita Pawar, among other dignitaries.
Maharashtra Health Minister Prakash Abitkar and distinguished Ayurvedic practitioners will also attend. The theme, "Ayurveda for a Healthy Future," seeks to connect India's rich Ayurvedic heritage with evolving health challenges.
Organizers have urged all Ayurvedic doctors and colleges to conduct outreach camps in rural areas, celebrate the day with enthusiasm, and spread awareness about the benefits of traditional medicine.
