Tina Dutta’s Instagram post honors late dog with emotional reflections
Mumbai, August 10 (IAN) – Television personality Tina Dutta used her Instagram platform on Monday to mourn her late pet dog, posting a heartfelt caption alongside a collection of photos taken just before his death.
The actress explained that the images were captured only a few hours before the dog’s passing, a moment that unexpectedly altered her entire world. She expressed a wish that she had known the outcome, stating she would have delayed all her work, kept him in her arms, and showered him with continuous affection.
Dutta highlighted the dog’s enthusiasm for being photographed, describing how he would pose happily while the camera seemed to adore him as well. She now views the session as an unintended final shoot, a memory that feels both precious and painful.
Recalling the calmness he displayed while nestled in her embrace, she noted that his eyes would close, and she would hum a soft lullaby—“You are my sunshine”—which instantly soothed him into a peaceful sleep.
She called the animal “our tiny world,” emphasizing that his silence carried more meaning than any spoken word. Dutta referred to their bond as unconditional love and confessed she misses him every second. If fate granted another day, she would cling to him tighter, offering anything for one more hug.
The post also reminded followers of Dutta’s previous canine companions, Bruno and Rani. Rani passed away in November 2022 during her participation in Bigg Boss 16, and Bruno, a 12‑year‑old friend, died in June 2026, each loss sparking heartfelt messages from the actress.
The tribute attracted a wave of condolence messages from fans, many sharing their own stories of pet loss and offering comfort.
