The court said that the complaint was registered beyond the limit period and the reason for the delay was not given. What is the matter
In her complaint filed in October 2018, Tanushree Dutta accused Nana Patekar and three others of harassment and abusing her during shooting a song on the set of the film “Horn Ok Please” in 2008. This issue came into the national headlines and gave air to the Me Too movement on social media. The police filed their final report before a magistrate court in 2019, stating that nothing objectionable against any accused was found in his investigation.

At the same time, the police further said in its report that the actress’s FIR was found to be false. Such a report in legal terms is called ‘B-summer’.
