Swara Accuses Shahzad of Pretending to Ignore While Posting Constantly

A heated confrontation unfolded on the set of the Indian reality series “Rise & Fall Season 2” when Swara Bhaskar took aim at Shahzad Poonawala’s claim that he was simply ignoring her. The actress argued that ignoring requires a lack of emotion, not a barrage of social‑media activity.

She reminded the audience that since the show’s launch she has contributed 36 tweets, produced three to four short videos and sent roughly fifty thousand messages. “I’m not asking for votes for myself,” she said, “their team is trying to win votes by using me. That is not ignoring.”

Shahzad, who had earlier said he was not silenced by anyone, replied that he avoids negativity and would respond with kindness or sharp words depending on the situation. He insisted his silence was a strategic choice.

Host Virendra Sahvag, interjecting with a light‑hearted tone, asked whether Shahzad’s voice had “sat down” after Swara entered the studio. Shahzad countered with a poetic line about providing kheer for milk requests and cutting with words for finger gestures.

The exchange intensified when Shahzad warned that the pair would continue to speak against anyone who attacks the nation, while Swara dismissed the whole affair as a political “game,” predicting that the opponent’s waning political ambitions would not be revived.

The video clip of the argument is rapidly gaining traction across platforms, highlighting the blend of personal rivalry and televised drama that characterises “Rise & Fall Season 2,” which streams on Prime Video with fresh episodes released daily at noon.
