Sohail Khan Reflects on Past Mistakes and Shared Parenting in New Show

During a recent episode of "Alliance", Bollywood star Sohail Khan opened a window into his life post‑divorce, emphasizing the ongoing bond he shares with ex‑wife Seema Sajdeh for the sake of their children. He disclosed that the kids continue to live with him, while Seema visits his home regularly, often multiple times a week, without any hesitation.

Seema’s segment featured a candid video diary in which she spoke about the numerous disagreements that marked their marriage but also expressed a willingness to join Sohail on the platform for a "game"‑type interaction. Sohail responded positively, saying it was pleasant to see a person who once formed part of his family circle.

In a deeper conversation with Nikhil Chinappa, Sohail recounted a challenging period when his career stalled and his mental health was under pressure. He admitted that his own behaviour resulted in the loss of a person he truly loved.

Later, Sohail’s own video diary highlighted his respect for Seema as the mother of his two children, noting that his affection now leans more toward respect than romance. He described the show as a memorable experience that allowed both of them to talk, share concerns, and provide emotional support, effectively repairing a broken link between them.

He also revealed that Seema frequents his house three to four times weekly to spend time with the kids, and that he has entrusted her with the house keys, a gesture symbolizing trust and cooperation.

The couple, who married in 1998, eventually opted for separation after many years together, yet they continue to collaborate on child‑rearing, presenting a united front for their children.
