Actress Smita Bansal Celebrates 25 Years of Marriage in Goa

Mumbai, October 28: Actress Smita Bansal and her husband, director Ankush Mohla, have completed 25 years of married life. The couple celebrated the occasion in Goa by reenacting their wedding in a white wedding style.

Photos and videos from the celebration were posted online by colleagues from the television industry, offering a glimpse of the festive day. One photograph shows Ankush planting a kiss on Smita's cheek as she poses in a white bridal gown. Another shows Ankush, in a dark suit, holding Smita close.

In a separate clip, the couple can be seen dancing under a flower-adorned mandap near the sea. The event was held under the open sky, with cream-draped wooden chairs arranged in neat rows, floral decor and a visually striking stage.

The venue also had a decorative board bearing the names 'Ankush & Smita', the date 26 October, and a message celebrating 25 years of marriage.

Actress Neha Marda attended the function. Sangeeta Ghosh, Jayati Bhatia and several other television figures also shared photos and videos from the event.

Smita and Ankush tied the knot on 8 December 2000. They have two daughters, Stasha and Anagha. The couple had also participated together in the dance reality show 'Nach Baliye 5' in 2012.

Audiences had loved their pairing on that show. Smita returned to the dance floor just three months after her second daughter was born, and her energy and effort impressed viewers and judges.
