Mumbai – In a heartfelt Instagram story posted on Wednesday, Rubina Dilaik revisited her stint on the adrenaline‑filled reality program "Khatrón Ke Khiladi."
She paired a series of photographs with short video snippets, showcasing playful interactions with co‑stars Ori and Jasmine Bhasin as well as intense stunt sequences that demanded courage and precise coordination.

"Khatrón Ke Khiladi" challenges television personalities to confront their deepest anxieties through tasks involving height, water, speed and unconventional environments. Participants must harness not only bodily strength but also mental resolve.
The show originally aired under the banner "Fear Factor India," premiering on July 21, 2008. It later rebranded and expanded with a 2020 spin‑off "Khatrón Ke Khiladi: Made in India," and the most recent season was filmed in Romania, crowning Karanveer Mehra as winner and Krishna Shoof as runner‑up.
Rubina’s acting career launched with "Chhoti Bahu," quickly making her a familiar face across Indian households. She subsequently appeared in serials like "Saas Bina Sasural," "Punarvivah – Ek Nayi Umeed," "Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev," "Jeni Aur Juju" and the widely acclaimed "Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki."
Beyond scripted drama, Rubina proved her mettle in reality TV, securing victory on "Bigg Boss 14" and taking part in earlier editions of "Khatrón Ke Khiladi" as well as "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10."
Her film career began with the 2022 release "Ardh," starring alongside Rajpal Yadav and Hitendra Thakur, and she later hosted the series "The Ward," which follows ten expectant mothers through their path to motherhood.
