Ranbir Kapoor’s Rs 16.42 crore property deal in Maharashtra detailed

The latest addition to Ranbir Kapoor’s investment list is a 25‑acre land holding near Pune. Official registration data from the C.R.E. matrix confirms the deal was sealed on 30 April 2026, covering four linked plots that total about 104,000 square metres. Prices varied across the plots: the 43,800 sq m piece was priced at Rs 7.07 crore, a 29,900 sq m plot at Rs 4.62 crore, a 21,400 sq m area at Rs 3.31 crore, and an 8,900 sq m section at Rs 1.39 crore. A stamp duty of Rs 82.13 lakh was also remitted. Neither Kapoor nor his publicist has commented on the acquisition.
