Hindi remake of Malayalam hit 'Premalu' set to hit screens Oct 2, teaser hints at heart‑break

"Prem Keetanu" is being billed as the Hindi adaptation of the popular Malayalam blockbuster "Premalu". Director Apurva Singh Karki, known for "Sirf Ek Banda Kaafi Hai" and "Espirants", helms the project. Produced by Gaurav Verma of Avnika Films, the cast includes Veer Pahadia, Aparshakti Khurana, Afiya Syed, Rakesh Bedi and Nikhil Vijay. The teaser released on August 17 hints at a campus love story with a mix of comedy and drama. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on October 2, coinciding with Gandhi Jayanti.
