Three Indian Paralympic and power‑lifting stars are set to appear on Kaun Banega Crorepati, bringing their Commonwealth Games success to a wider audience. Sharmila Dhanekar, gold‑medallist in the F57 shot put, will sit opposite Amitabh Bachchan, followed by boxer Loveline Borgohain, who earned silver in the 75 kg women’s division, and power‑lifter Jhandu Kumar, bronze‑medallist in the heavyweight event.

Sharmila’s triumph is more than a medal; it symbolizes hope for countless women facing adversity, having turned a personal struggle with domestic violence into a record‑breaking athletic career.
