Official Music Drops 'Dhola Ji' From Sunny Deol’s Upcoming Film
Following the initial success of its first musical release, the soundtrack for Sunny Deol’s film, Surya: Ant se Aarambh tak, introduces its second track, Dhola Ji. The single features a collaborative vocal performance by Shreya Ghoshal, Javed Ali, and Swaroop Khan, marking another creative milestone for the project.
The song’s arrangement is notable for weaving traditional Rajasthani folk motifs into a polished, modern Bollywood framework. This stylistic choice bridges generational listening preferences, a strategy that worked well with the earlier single, Sunio Zara, which garnered strong listener engagement.
Javed Ali discussed the track’s underlying message, describing it as a celebration of love, unity, and communal happiness. He stressed that lyrics serve as the emotional anchor that links a melody to the human experience, and this track successfully channels that sentiment. The layered vocal delivery is specifically crafted to enhance the song’s festive and inclusive vibe.
Swaroop Khan focused on the cultural richness of the composition, noting that Rajasthani folk music inherently carries a comforting, homely warmth. He felt honored to be part of a mainstream project that honors this heritage. His hope is that the track will naturally integrate into family gatherings and wedding celebrations, fostering an environment of shared musical enjoyment.
The official visual accompaniment features Siddharth Sharma and Vrittra Vaghani as the primary cast members. The audio and video are now accessible for on-demand viewing and listening through the distributor’s YouTube channel.
From a production standpoint, Kamal Mukut and MM Movies oversee the project, while M. Padmakumar directs the film. Deepak Mukut, Hemant Mukut, and Lokesh Mukut manage the production responsibilities. The feature film is confirmed for a November 20 theatrical release.
