In a heartfelt revelation from Patna, Bhojpuri sensation Khesari Lal Yadav dismissed rumors of political re-entry while showering praise on BJP parliamentarian Manoj Tiwari. ‘Manoj Bhaiya is my big brother forever. Proving my admiration doesn’t mean signing up with any party,’ Khesari told reporters, quashing speculation.
Khesari held Tiwari up as his lifelong role model. ‘Idols don’t demand party loyalty to show devotion. I’ll always support him as a little brother whenever required,’ he said warmly. This comes after years of camaraderie between the two Bhojpuri icons, now on divergent paths.
Addressing his own political future, the artist was unequivocal. ‘Politics is full of falsehoods – I can’t do that. I speak the truth, and it doesn’t work there. I tried elections once due to unavoidable situations, but now I know better. Music and acting are my true calling; I’m happy here and not thinking of politics at all.’
Meanwhile, excitement builds for Khesari’s next big screen venture, ‘Agnipariksha’. Helmed by director Lal Babu Pandit and backed by producer Surinder Yadav, the film boasts a stellar cast: Akanksha, Neelam, Sushil Singh, Prakash Jais, Sonu Pandey, Ritu Chauhan, Vinod Mishra, Sonia Mishra, Mahesh Acharya, Priyanka Sony, and Deepak Sinha. The recently unveiled trailer has fans on the edge of their seats, eagerly awaiting the official release announcement.
Khesari’s stance highlights his commitment to artistic integrity over political gamesmanship, offering fans a glimpse into the man behind the superstar persona.
