New Chapter of ‘Ashram’ Kicks Off; Cast Includes Aditi Pohankar and Chandni Roy

The production house behind the edgy drama Ashram announced the commencement of Season 4 filming on Saturday, sharing a snapshot of a clapperboard that reads "Ashram 4" across its surface. This visual cue confirmed that Bobby Deol will once again embody Baba Nirala, the charismatic leader who leverages faith and fear to expand his influence.

Season 4 will also see Aditi Pohankar return as Pammy and Chandni Roy reprise his role as Bhopal Swami. Veteran actors Darshan Kumar, Anupriya Goyanka, Isha Gupta, Adhyayan Suman and Tridha Choudhary are slated to appear in their previous characters, ensuring continuity for long‑time viewers.

Directed by Prakash Jha, the series first premiered on MX Player in August 2020, followed by a second season later that year and a third in June 2022. The consistent popularity of each season has set high expectations for the upcoming installment, which aims to deepen the exploration of power, politics, and mysticism in contemporary Indian society.
