Mouni Roy’s Snake Phobia Revealed Ahead of Her 40th Birthday

During a recent visit to Roy’s new home with Farah Khan and her partner Dilip, the actress opened up about a fear that seems at odds with her iconic role. “People think playing Naagin means I love snakes, but it’s the opposite,” Roy said, laughing. She explained that the terror dates back to her childhood, and even the sight of a dummy snake on set would make her nervous. Crew members reportedly teased her, calling her “the real Naagin who fears snakes.” The candid moment quickly went viral, with social media users expressing surprise that the on‑screen serpent queen is actually quite timid off camera.
