Mediation Progress Positive as Court Gives RK Trust Parties More Time

In its order, the Supreme Court noted that the mediation reports submitted so far show a constructive atmosphere among the claimants. The court directed that the mediator’s fees be borne by the RK Family Trust itself, removing any financial burden from the disputing relatives. Should the talks fail, the court warned that the parties would revert to formal litigation, but expressed hope that a settlement would be achieved before such a step becomes necessary.
