Mumbai: Actress Manisha Koirala celebrated her father Prakash Koirala's 80th birthday with a heartfelt social media post, describing him as the healthiest and happiest she has seen him so far.

Sharing glimpses of his daily routine on Instagram, the actress highlighted how her father began his birthday with his usual fitness regimen. Her post quickly drew attention for its warmth and personal details.

"Dad's 80th birthday! Truly, I don't think I have ever seen Dad this healthy, happy or full of zest for life," she wrote.

Manisha revealed that her father had walked three kilometres during the morning and reached 12,000 steps for the day. He had also slept for eight and a half hours and completed his morning workout. He was then getting ready for a special birthday brunch.

She commended his discipline and enthusiasm, noting that he had already achieved several health milestones before his celebration began. Manisha described his approach to life as an inspiration for the family.

Reflecting on the milestone, she said that even at 80, her father was starting his special day with the same commitment and energy. She expressed feelings of happiness and gratitude at seeing him so well.

Manisha ended her tribute with birthday wishes, hoping her father would continue to enjoy good health, joy and precious time with family for many years to come. "If I could ask for one thing on his birthday, it would be many more years of good health, laughter, energy and special moments with family. Happy 80th birthday, Papa! I love you very much," she wrote.

The post showcased her strong bond and respect for her father's active lifestyle and positive mindset.
