Manika Vishwakarma, representing Rajasthan, was crowned Miss Universe India 2025 on Monday, August 18, in Jaipur. Former winner Rhea Singha passed the crown to Manika during the event, marking a significant moment as Manika prepares to represent India at the 74th Miss Universe pageant in Thailand this November. Hailing from Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, and currently residing in Delhi, Manika is a final year student of Political Science and Economics. Her talents extend beyond academics; she is a trained classical dancer and a painter, having also represented India at the BIMSTEC Sewocon organized under the Ministry of External Affairs. Her artistic achievements have been recognized by the Lalit Kala Academy and JJ School of Arts. Furthermore, Manika is the founder of Neuronova, an initiative focused on changing perceptions surrounding neurodivergence, advocating for inclusivity and awareness.
