During her Kailash Mansarovar expedition, actress Manasi Parekh faced a string of natural obstacles that tested her resolve. In the Chinese town of Nyala, a sudden landslide forced the pilgrim convoy to remain stationary in a bus for nearly four hours. After the blockage cleared, the group traveled approximately 40 miles to the Nepal border, where a fresh landslide forced them to abandon the road and walk across the debris. The journey continued with a challenging four‑hour bus ride toward Kathmandu. Parekh expressed gratitude for the flood of messages, calls, and prayers that supported her through the ordeal, emphasizing that reaching Mumbai and reuniting with her daughter made every hardship worthwhile.
